我們每天都在讀成分表,但真的看懂食物在說什麼嗎?

從早餐包裝上的「高纖」、「無糖」,到孩子愛吃零食袋上的著色劑、複方焦糖色素、多磷酸納、嘌呤、蔗糖醇等,這些字每天都出現在我們眼前,卻不一定被理解。



根據報告,超過六成的消費者看不懂食品成分表,資訊不是沒有,而是太多、太專業、太疏離。

2026 餐桌上的博物館UOVO再度與 天天里仁攜手在「里仁誠食市集」推出永續飲食策展。

本次策展設計以「看見」到「理解」為核心轉譯,聚焦「看不懂成分表」的消費痛點,將原本抽象、專業的食品添加物,轉化為可被感受、被理解的體驗,引導觀者重新學會閱讀食物。



當消費者走進里仁誠食市集,首先映入眼簾的是一座「食物魔法城堡」,遠看像一座甜蜜的糖果山,觀者要在城堡中找出隱藏在零食背後的魔法咒語…

Whether it’s the "high-fiber" or "no sugar added" labels on breakfast packs, or the complex ingredients like Caramel Color IV and sodium polyphosphate in kids' snacks, these words are everywhere, but we don't always know what they mean.

Research shows that more than 60% of shoppers can't make sense of food labels. It’s not that the info isn't there; it’s just too technical and hard to relate to.
